Key Accountabilities :
- Develop, Implement, Maintain & Support JTG’s Customer Relation Management Solutions Systems (CRM, CSMS, Internet &Intranet Portal, Self-Care & Web Payment, Document Management system) to achieve business requirements
- Develop, Implement, Maintain & Support JTG’s IT Systems for (Enterprise Billing, Personal Billing, Home Billing) to achieve business requirements
- Develop, Implement, Maintain & Support JTG tools
- Develop, Implement, Maintain & Support JTG’s Call Centre & Telephony Solutions (IVR, Auto Dialler, CTI, Call Recording) to achieve business requirements.
- Responsible for developing new requirements, reporting, modification, upgrade of system parameters, customization, and/or new enhancements on JTG Customer Management & Billing Systems based on customer requirements and market evolution.
- Contribute and enforce the defined policies and procedures, systems parameters, system implementation, and introduction of new services in-line with IS-QMS.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or software engineering with 5 - 7years of experience in the related field.
- Strong technical and development background related to service implementation on Billing, Mediation, CRM, Call Center & Telephony Solutions (PBX, IVR, CTI based systems, ACD, Workforce Management, Recording & Monitoring System, Auto-dialer Systems).
- Good knowledge with one of the following: JAVA, .NET, PHP, or Python.
- Good knowledge of Oracle SQL/PL SQL, Tools & Utilities.
- Front end knowledge is a plus.
- Solid experience in Web development and CMS administrations (Such as SharePoint, WordPress, Drupal…etc).
- Good knowledge in Identity management, social media integration, UX, SEO, analytics tools and ecommerce / online Payment concepts.
- Certificates in IT related fields are preferable.
