XperTier is seeking a motivated and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to the automation, scalability, and reliability of our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
- Manage and automate infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment and release processes.
- Ensure system security, backup strategies, and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and automation issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or infrastructure automation.
- Strong understanding of Linux, networking, and scripting (Bash, Python).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Certifications related to cloud or DevOps (e.g., OCI Foundations, AWS CCP, Docker Certified Associate) are a plus.
