Seeking to recruit A credit risk analysts for real estate project financing who are responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers seeking loans to purchase or develop real estate. Their main duties include:

- Reviewing credit applications for completeness and consistency with Arats’ internal policies
- Performing impartial analysis of the borrower, and transaction structure based on various due diligence reports
- Drafting credit opinions and making recommendations regarding exposure, ratings, and structure
- Verifying data accuracy in Arat internal risk systems and completing timely risk assessments
analysts are required have a degree in accounting, finance, CFA certification is preferable. strong communication, and Excel skills are essential, along with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
