Our client is looking for a Junior Scrum Master who’s organized, proactive, and passionate about helping teams do their best work.
📍 Location: Amman, Jordan (Hybrid)
🧑💼 Reports to: Delivery Manager
📅 Experience Level: 2–3 Years
💰 Salary: 1,000 JOD/month
What You’ll Do:
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Track team progress, velocity, and timelines — and share updates with the Delivery Manager
- Identify and help remove blockers to keep things moving
- Manage and prioritize requests from other departments (like Sales or Data)
- Work closely with Product Owners to maintain clean, ready-to-go backlogs
- Foster a positive team culture and support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role
- Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Nice to Have:
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM)
- Background in tech or hands-on software development experience
- Experience in startups or fast-growing tech environments
- Familiarity with collaboration tools like Slack, Notion, Miro, etc.
