🚨 We’re hiring: Quality Analyst – Garment Industry
📍 Location: Jordan
📝 Job Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Quality Analyst to oversee quality assurance processes and ensure our garments meet the highest standards of construction, finishing, and buyer compliance.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct inline, mid-line & final inspections
✅ Ensure compliance with buyer quality standards (Adidas, Walmart, Target, etc.)
✅ Coordinate internal & third-party audits (SGS, Intertek, etc.)
✅ Analyze inspection data to identify trends and drive improvements
✅ Collaborate with production teams to maintain quality consistency
✅ Support QA digitization initiatives and reporting dashboards
✅ Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning
✅ Ensure compliance with sustainability certifications (e.g., BCI, GRS)
🎓 Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree from NIFT or equivalent institute
✅ 0–3 years of experience in garment QA or auditing
✅ Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing operations & finishing
✅ Familiarity with fabric properties, testing methods & tech packs
✅ Excellent communication, analytical & problem-solving skills
✅ Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Bengali/Sinhala/Arabic is a plus
