Job Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, optimization, and support of our Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, ensuring its high availability, performance, and security. This role is crucial for supporting our critical financial, human capital management, and supply chain operations and will play a key part in the post-implementation phase of our Oracle Fusion ERP system.
Duties And Responsibilities
System Administration & Maintenance:
- Perform routine system administration tasks, including user management (creation, modification, termination, role assignment), security profile maintenance, and password policy enforcement within Oracle Fusion.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal uptime and responsiveness of all Oracle Fusion modules.
- Manage and monitor Oracle Cloud updates, patches, and releases, coordinating testing and deployment with functional teams.
- Maintain system configurations, lookups, value sets, and flexfields as per business requirements.
Module Support & Optimization
- Provide expert functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion modules, including Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Human Capital Management (Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits), and Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management).
- Collaborate with functional leads and business users to troubleshoot application issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Identify opportunities for system optimization and automation to enhance business processes and user experience.
Integration Management
- Monitor and manage integrations between Oracle Fusion and other critical hospital systems (e.g., HIS, LIS, PACS), ensuring data flow integrity and resolving integration errors.
- Work with development teams or Oracle support on new integration requirements or enhancements.
Security & Compliance
- Enforce Oracle Fusion security policies and ensure segregation of duties (SoD) is maintained.
- Assist in internal and external audit activities related to ERP system access and data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations relevant to healthcare.
Data Management
- Oversee data quality initiatives within Oracle Fusion, including data cleansing, validation, and maintenance activities.
- Manage data imports and exports as required.
Reporting & Analytics
- Support users in developing and running standard and custom reports using Oracle Fusion reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher).
Documentation & Training
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users and junior IT staff on Oracle Fusion functionalities and best practices.
Vendor Management
- Liaise with Oracle Support and other third-party vendors for issue resolution, service requests, and technical guidance.
Education
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in ERP system administration, with at least 3-4 years hands-on experience specifically with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (SaaS).
- Proven experience in administering Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM, and SCM modules.
- Experience with ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration projects (SAP S/4HANA to Oracle Fusion migration experience is a significant plus).
Competencies

- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion security roles, privileges, and data security.
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion setup and maintenance, configurations, and functional setups.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
- Knowledge of integration concepts and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Understanding of basic SQL queries for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework is a plus.
