- Manage the company’s social media channels (Instagram and LinkedIn) — including content scheduling, basic copywriting, and monitoring engagement.
- Coordinate website updates in collaboration with developers or agencies.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of company’s newsletter.
- Track and report basic analytics and insights (follower growth, post reach, website visits, etc.) to guide decision-making.
- Coordinate the creation and distribution of marketing content including catalogues, presentations, brochures, and social media content.
- Assist with photo shoots and visual content creation (e.g., styling, coordinating photographers).
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure visual consistency.
- Maintain printed materials (flyers, swatch books, samples) and assist with showroom branding.
- Support in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for trade shows, product launches, or seasonal promotions.
- Liaise with printers and suppliers for marketing materials.
- Coordinate with the sales team for campaign alignment and content requirements.
- Organize internal assets (image library, project photos, and templates).
Job Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within design, interiors, or furniture sectors.
Technical Skills:
- Comfortable with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer).
- Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustration, etc.) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Creative eye and appreciation for design and aesthetics.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage timelines independently.
- Team player who can coordinate across departments.
