We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Support Engineer with a strong background in Telecom Core networks and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of critical telecom infrastructure while driving automation and operational efficiency through DevOps tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for Telecom Core systems (e.g., BSS, OSS, IMS, HSS).
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve system faults in a timely manner.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for telecom applications and services.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins.
- Collaborate with engineering and network teams to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and security standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Telecom Core domains (BSS, OSS, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, etc.).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or private cloud environments).
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
