Position Objectives

- As part of our strategic vision, our internal AI Engineering team is expanding to develop next-generation products and solutions in the telecom, IT, and digital transformation domains. This small but agile R&D team will focus on creating AI-powered solutions that can be offered to both existing and new clients, enhancing our competitive edge in the market
.Job Description & Responsibilities
- Generative AI and LLMs expertise, including hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and fine-tuning models for deployment
- Strong Python skills for data analysis, wrangling, and machine learning using libraries like Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn
- Experience in Computer Vision and image processing, utilizing OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch for analyzing visual data
- Ability to preprocess, clean, and structure large datasets, handling missing values, inconsistencies, and outliers effectively
- Familiarity with Big Data, real-time streaming, and batch processing concepts
- Strong understanding of Business Intelligence (BI), including Star and Snowflake schemas and data modeling
- Comfortable with JavaScript, HTML, and Markdown for web-based AI application development
- Experience working with Cloud Services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with CI/CD pipelines and ETL processes
- Proficiency in Linux, with a working knowledge of Windows and iOS as a plus
- Strong understanding of MLOps, software development best practices, code optimization, automation, and deployment pipelines
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Over 8 years of experience in AI, with expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Computer Vision
- Strong foundation in statistical methods, probability, linear algebra, and calculus for model development and AI applications
- Experience handling Big Data, real-time streaming, and batch processing, with a deep understanding of data engineering principles
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), Business Intelligence (Star & Snowflake schemas), and Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps methodologies, and scalable AI deployment
- Strong technical and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment
- Results-oriented, continuously improving skills and staying updated on emerging technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, ensuring value-driven AI and data solutions
- Excellent presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex AI and data science concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluent in English and Arabic
