We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead financial planning, budgeting.
* Prepare monthly management accounts and provide detailed analysis on financial performance.
* Manage capital budgeting and investment decisions for ongoing and future projects.
* Collaborate with different departments to improve financial processes and align them with business objectives.
* Supervise a small finance team and report directly to senior management.
* Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
Skills & Experience:
* 9+ years of financial management experience, preferably in the commercial
* Strong financial and accounting skills with experience in capital budgeting, KPI tracking, and financial risk management.
* Proficient in using financial software tools, CRM, and accounting systems.
* Strong leadership and ability to work autonomously with an entrepreneurial mindset.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
* Degree in finance, accounting, or related fields.
* Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent preferred).
* Experience in the commercial field is highly desirable.
* Full driving license required.
