Job Purpose
To oversee and manage all showroom operations, including sales activities, customer service, inventory control, team supervision, and administrative tasks, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals and delivering a high standard of service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Reporting
- Prepare daily and periodic sales reports for the showroom and ensure their timely submission to management.
- Supervise the cash closing process, verify received amounts against invoices and receipts, and ensure proper handover to the Accounting Department.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports related to showroom performance and submit them to the direct supervisor.
- Sales Operations Management
- Monitor achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with the direct supervisor to develop and implement work plans, evaluate results, and guide staff in applying related activities.
- Supervise in-store sales operations, including customer reception, needs assessment, product presentation, sales processing, collection, and product delivery.
- Oversee the sales process for employees of approved institutions and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Supervise the receipt of devices for maintenance purposes and coordinate with the Customer Service and After-Sales departments for repair and return.
- Monitor and resolve customer complaints in coordination with the Customer Service Department and relevant departments.
Showroom Operations And Appearance
- Organize daily showroom operations by allocating tasks appropriately among staff to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure the showroom’s general appearance, product displays, and layout meet company standards and align with marketing campaigns.
- Open and close the showroom according to official working hours, and ensure and readiness of the showroom daily.
Inventory and Logistics
- Monitor and manage showroom inventory, request stock replenishments, and supervise delivery and storage of new stock.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks and ensure accurate stock levels, reporting discrepancies to the supervisor
- Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding pricing lists and discounts, and follow up on regular updates.
Continuous Improvement
- Propose mechanisms for improving activities within the showroom and department operations.
- Suggest recommendations and initiatives that contribute to the development of the company and its departments.
- Carry out any tasks assigned by the direct supervisor within the department’s scope.
- Uphold the company's image and reputation through professional interaction with internal and external customers.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Train showroom staff on the proper use and demonstration of displayed devices and ensure they are familiar with technical specifications by reviewing manuals/catalogs.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of showroom-related documents, including invoices, reports, and other relevant materials.
- Monitor staff attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations, and follow up on related administrative matters.
- Recommend policies and guidelines that promote showroom performance and staff motivation.
