Do you want to make a difference in people's lives?
We are looking for an experienced and adaptable
DevOps Engineer Team Lead to drive the evolution of our infrastructure, automation practices, and DevOps culture. In this leadership role, you'll manage a team of
DevOps engineers while remaining technically hands-on. You will own the vision and execution of platform reliability, scalability, and delivery processes — and ensure the team stays ahead of challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This is not a role tied to any specific stack. We’re looking for a leader who understands core DevOps principles and can apply them using the right tools for the job, regardless of language, cloud provider, or vendor solution. You bring architectural thinking, engineering rigor, and the ability to drive continuous improvement.
