The Relationship Manager for Corporate clients is responsible for managing and developing relationships with corporate customers to fulfill their banking needs. This role involves providing tailored banking solutions, ensuring high standards of customer service, and achieving financial targets as set by the bank.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring a strong understanding of their banking needs
- Meet or exceed financial targets for the assigned portfolio, including deposits, lending, and trade finance
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research
- Collaborate with credit and risk management teams to ensure timely and accurate assessment of credit proposals
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding their banking services and product offerings
- Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, regulations, and standards of conduct
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of transactions and service delivery
- Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of client accounts to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products and services
- Prepare and present financial proposals to clients, ensuring they align with their needs and objectives
- Conduct client visits regularly to strengthen relationships and address any concerns
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in corporate banking or relationship management.
