About the Role:
As a mid-to-senior-level QA Engineer at Master Team, you will take a leading role in ensuring our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. You'll work closely with developers and business stakeholders to design and implement robust testing strategies and champion QA best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive quality control plans, test procedures, and inspection protocols.
- Conduct thorough testing and analysis of products to identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with design, development, and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Establish and maintain quality standards, specifications, and documentation in compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Lead root cause analysis investigations for quality incidents and implement effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to cross-functional teams on quality control best practices and methodologies.
- Support internal and external audits, inspections, and certifications related to quality management systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in QA or software testing, preferably in Agile environments.
- Proficiency in quality control/testing techniques, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
