Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the execution of civil construction projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and milestones.
- Resolve technical issues and manage challenges during project execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil project management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
- Familiarity with Saudi building codes and construction standards.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.
