Job Overview:
A leading contracting company is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading architectural designs, overseeing project implementation, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and project plans that align with client requirements and industry standards.
- Supervise project execution to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Prepare technical reports and analyze project data to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- At least 7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
