Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Amman for a Software Presales Engineer. The Software Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise during the presales process. Responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, addressing technical queries, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements. The role also involves integration and security assessments to ensure solutions meet client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree - Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field
- 3 to 5y Experience in Software Presales Engineering (Software Products & Industry) is a MUST
- Experience in IT consulting, Software, or a similar role is a MUST
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages
- Strong understanding of technology solutions
- Ability to travel as needed, like 70% of the time, to meet with clients and support sales activities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation and proposals.

- (RPA, integrations, low-code platform, cloud solutions)
- Knowledge of relevant tools such as Software AG WebMethods, ARIS, ALFABET, Automation Anywhere, OutSystems, workflow engines like K2 and Nintex, and Azure is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical expert in client meetings, providing in-depth knowledge of our technology solutions and how they address specific client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and propose tailored technology solutions that meet client requirements and objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our solutions.
- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, gather technical requirements, and provide consultative guidance on best-fit solutions.
- Assist in the creation of detailed proposals, including technical specifications, solution architecture, and implementation plans.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, delivery, engineering, Marketing, and product management. teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of proposed solutions.
