Your RoleAs a Senior MERN Stack Developer, you’ll:
✔ Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
✔ Architect and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services for scalability.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust features and seamless user experiences.
✔ Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance and security.
✔ Mentor junior developers and advocate for best practices in code quality and Agile workflows.
What You Bring✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
✅ Expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern React (Hooks, Redux).
✅ Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, database design (MongoDB/PostgreSQL/MySQL), and server-side logic.
✅ Proficiency with Git and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
✅ Deep understanding of web security (OWASP, JWT, encryption) and performance optimization.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
