Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and company standards related to managing Compliance and Safety. The primary objective is to maintain adherence to requirements set by external regulatory bodies for certifications and approvals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct internal and external scheduled/unscheduled audits in accordance with the audit plan and ensure non-conformances are corrected within agreed timeframes.
- Implement continuous improvement of Compliance systems within internal departments.
- Monitor that any observed non-compliances are addressed using standard root cause analysis tools to drive corrective actions.
- Manage and part take in the process of authority issuance and as required cancellation.
- Review and recommend the addition or removal of a departmental scope of approval.
- Follow up with respective manager of the department regarding performance of the assigned function or task.
- Participate in the Compliance Product surveillance program to oversight contracted customer Aircraft /Components to determine the effectiveness of the procedures, report and follow up on any corrective / preventive action.
- Participate in Compliance documentation review, amendment and drafting of changes to forms, documents, procedures, etc. and recommend such changes or amendments as required.
- Review and recommend improvements in the work procedures and Quality Manual and coordinate with other related sections for any revisions and updates.
- Prepare reports as required by the Lead Quality Engineer/Audit Manager/Compliance Manager.
- Participate effectively in environmental protection programs (energy and water saving, waste segregation,) and notify for any environmental related nonconformities.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in the aeronautical area and or a suitable industrial operation.
- Desired experience within a related part 145 Quality organization.
- Experience in mechanical hardware and system design, assembly and test.
- Knowledge of the associated regulations relating to quality assurance systems.
- Knowledge of auditing procedures and techniques.
- Knowledge of safety and Quality Management.
- Knowledge of computer systems e.g., Ms. Office, Xcel, word.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Excellent organizational & time management skills.
- Very good communication in English language, including written reporting
- Ability to work well under pressure day and night shifts.
- Ability to handle multi tasks under various systems and standards functionalities
- Ability to analyze, interpret and present Quality data.
