Job Purpose:
Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and company standards related to managing Compliance and Safety. The primary objective is to maintain adherence to requirements set by external regulatory bodies for certifications and approvals.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal and external scheduled/unscheduled audits in accordance with the audit plan and ensure non-conformances are corrected within agreed timeframes.
- Implement continuous improvement of Compliance systems within internal departments.
- Monitor that any observed non-compliances are addressed using standard root cause analysis tools to drive corrective actions.
- Carry out effectiveness audits as directed to ensure corrective actions are implemented and effective.
- Manage and take part in the process of authority issuance and as required cancellation.
- Review and recommend the addition or removal of a departmental scope of approval.
- Participate in the Compliance Product surveillance program to oversight contracted customer Aircraft /Components to determine the effectiveness of the procedures, report and follow up on any corrective / preventive action.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering or any related field.
- 2 years of experience in the aeronautical area and or industrial operation.
- Desired experience within a related part 145 Quality organization.
- Knowledge of the associated regulations relating to quality assurance systems.
- Knowledge of auditing procedures and techniques
- Knowledge & Competence using MS Office Suite.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
