The Role:
We are looking for a Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team and work on existing and new internal FinTech projects, including reporting and reconciliation tools, process automation and trading/pricing modules.
This is a hands-on full cycle development role where you will be responsible for everything from requirements gathering to development, testing, deployment and support, you will work closely with the business and operations teams to build practical, scalable and high-quality solutions, you will be expected to take ownership of your work and operate with a high degree of independence.
The ideal candidate is a self-driven developer who is comfortable working across the full stack (backend, frontend, and database). This role offers a great opportunity for growth with the potential to evolve into a lead or senior technical position as we continue to expand our projects and team.

Responsibilities:
- Full stack development using C#/.NET for backend and Angular (or similar) for frontend
- Execute all aspects of software development including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Design and develop efficient database schemas, queries, and stored procedures
- Collaborate closely with the business users to gather requirements and deliver convenient solutions
- Build and maintain internal tools and modules used for reporting, reconciliation, trading and pricing
- Testing of software and ensuring following the highest coding quality standards
- Support and maintain the critical production systems in and outside working hours
- Provide and maintain technical documentation as needed
Experience Requirements:
- 2-4 years of full stack .NET/C# development experience preferably in financial markets technology
- Experience with modern web frameworks (preferably Angular)
- Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns
- Experience in database and SQL development using MySQL or similar database engine
- Ability to handle the full development cycle independently
- Experience in working directly with business teams for requirements management and support
- Strong problem solving and debugging skills
