Requirements:
Education and Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in reservations or customer service is preferred.
Skills:

• Hands-on experience with hotel bookings and trip organization.
• Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Advanced computer skills, including email and reservation systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up on customer reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.

• Meet and address special customer requests to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain and enhance service quality.
