Brief
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Officer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, the Senior HR Officer will play a vital role in managing HR functions and contributing to the development of a positive and productive workplace culture.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support.
- Manage employee relations, addressing conflicts and fostering a positive working environment.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and employee development plans.
- Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies, and other relevant topics.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast and plan staffing needs in line with business objectives.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and legal developments, adjusting HR strategies accordingly.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, organizing events, and implementing strategies to enhance workplace morale.
- Collaborate with management to assess training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate workshops.
- Stay informed about market trends and benchmarking data to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Officer or similar role, with a focus on senior-level responsibilities. Preferably in IT company.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, employment legislation, and industry best practices.
- Knowledge in Jordan labour law and regulations, income tax, social security is a must.
- Knowledge in Saudi Arabia labour law and regulations is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and strong attention to details.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
