Nexus Training Solutions (NTS) LLC is recruiting for a Program Manager (PM), and SOF SMEs for full-time and part-time hire for upcoming employment opportunities in the Middle East.
Work location: Amman Jordan, King Abdullah II Special Operations Training Center (KASOTC).
Contract duration: Full-time employment of 12-24 months, with potential contract extensions of up to 36 months. 1099 ICs Part-time on call (PTOC) employment periods of 1 to 3 months dependent on training surges.
Minimum Experience Requirements, Program Manager (PM) only.
The PM must be a former senior non-commissioned officer or higher who has recent experience within three (3) years or less managing training, advising and operational support programs the same size or larger in overall contract scope and complexity while on active duty or as a contractor.
Minimum Requirements, Program Manager PM, All Full-time and PTOC SOF SMEs. Must have advanced combat arms related skill sets and experience developing and delivering current training techniques and implementing programs of instruction on newly emerging SOF TTPs/ SOPs focused on DA/CQB, Breaching, SOCP, Combat Marksmanship, SSE, Surveillance/ Counter Surveillance, Insertion methods, Long Range Marksmanship, JTAC, Low Profile and High Threat Protective Security Operations, TCCC.
Preferred applicants must be experts providing training, program management and advising in the middle east region. Must be highly experienced working with and training US partner nation SOF units in the CENTCOM AOR within the three (3) years.
Active-duty assignments (Senior NCO or higher) PM, full-time and PTOC SMEs.
