Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy software solutions in line with business requirements and best practices with Low code / Zero code platforms.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to junior developers, ensuring the team follows industry best practices.
- Architect and implement end-to-end software solutions from concept to production, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing solutions to improve performance and functionality.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate third-party services and APIs into existing solutions.
- Ensure all software solutions are thoroughly tested, well-documented, and meet security and compliance standards.
- Stay update with technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in BPM Platforms, BI, and RPA with a strong focus on building enterprise-level solutions.
- Proficiency in software development frameworks (e.g., .NET, Spring, Django, Node.js).
- Experience with databases (SQL)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
- Experience with machine learning, big data, or AI technologies is a plus.
