Senior Installments Accountant at JO Academy, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing installment agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal standards. This position requires a proactive approach to tracking payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work closely with the finance team to streamline processes, create accurate reporting systems, and mitigate risks related to installment operations.
- Oversee the installment agreements function to ensure alignment with company policies and legal requirements
- Keep track of payment schedules for installments
- Regularly contact customers to unblock payments and resolve any issues
- Process installment payments and update customer accounts
- Create and maintain systems and tools to measure installment tracking accurately
- Publish periodic monthly, quarterly, and annual reports about installment activities
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure proper allocation of installment receipts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing installment operations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and installment payment processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using accounting software and financial tools
