Apply Accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports in an accurate and timely manner, reconcile bank and customer accounts, perform assigned duties within accounts payable and accounts receivable, maintain control over invoicing and purchasing.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or any related discipline.
Experience
0-2 years of relevant experience.
Language
Proficiency in written, read and spoken English and Arabic.

Duties And Responsibilities (But Not Limited To)
- Process invoices, set up new accounts, reconcile accounts, and close monthly books.
- Reconcile bank accounts at least monthly, verify deposits, and address inquiries from banks.
- Reconcile vendor accounts and manage accounts payable disbursement.
- Handle daily data entry and ensure that financial records are documented and maintained in compliance with accepted Company policies.
- Assist and support taxation and government regulation issues.
- Archive all financial transactions in an organized way to be able to retrieve them easily.
- Prepare documents clearing to the bank CAD, LCs and other bank documents on a weekly basis.
- Prepare cheques and transfers.
- Record petty cash transactions daily.
- Assist and support internal and external audit team requirements.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
- Prepare periodic financial reports i.e. (projects report, Bank reconciliations, cash flows, trial balance and any other financial reports) as requested.
- Submit all financial accounting tasks to the direct supervisor in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with relevant national and international health, safety and environmental laws and policies as well as maintain the records and reports of HSE aspects.
