As a store manager in a mobile store, I take care of everything from running the shop day to day to making sure sales are going well. I sell SIM cards, mobile phones, internet and voice packages, and help customers with activations, number portability, and any questions they have. I also make sure the stock is in order—keeping track of SIM cards, recharge vouchers, and devices so we don’t run out. On top of that, I guide and train my team, push them to reach sales targets, and handle customer issues when they come up. I’m also responsible for reports, cash handling, and making sure the store looks good and follows company and telecom rules. Overall, my job is to keep the store running smoothly while keeping customers happy and growing sales.
