Senior HR Generalist with 15+ years of full-cycle HR experience across UN agencies (UNDP, UNICEF), U.S. diplomatic missions, international NGOs (IRC) and fast-growing startups. Specialized in talent acquisition, HR operations, payroll coordination and performance management. Most recently, as Head of People & Operations for two German startups in Amman, built the technical team from scratch, growing it from 1 to 18 hires in 6 months, and designed all people processes, from onboarding to performance cycles. Previously managed recruitment and HR operations for 600+ staff across U.S. missions in Iraq and led end-to-end recruitment and HRIS administration at UNDP Jordan.
