- Knowledge in Global Positioning System (GPS), Fleet Management System, Geographical locations of point of sales.
- Knowledge in CCTV Systems & Access Doors Controls.
- Very Good Knowledge in ITIL.
- Vendor/ Service Provider Management: Oversee, manage, follow up, negotiate contracts and maintain strong working relationship with vendors, service providers, and contractors to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
- Manage IT Staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance with Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
- Manages Company Help Desk, technical support and maintenance of Computer Hardware and Software and download programs in general.
