My name is Samir Al-Khamis, and I am a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 11 years of experience in HR management across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and construction. I currently serve as the HR Section Head at Itqan Pharma. I lead HR operations and develop strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring compliance with policies and industry standards.
I have extensive expertise in workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, process improvement, and digital transformation. I hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Mu’tah University, equipping me with strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills that contribute to a productive and high-performing work environment.
My skills include proficiency in HR software, data analysis, project management, and effective communication. Additionally, I am preparing for PHRi certification (Professional in Human Resources – International) and have completed specialized training in labor laws, compensation structuring, and organizational development.
