I am a highly experienced Education and Humanitarian Specialist with over 12 years of international experience, primarily with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) across Lebanon, Jordan, and the Syria response. My expertise spans programme design, management, and strategic leadership in education, youth development, and MHPSS. I have led technical working groups, built strong partnerships with UN agencies, donors, and local actors, and successfully managed large-scale projects with multi-million USD budgets.
