I am seeking new challenges in contact centers insource and outsource industry, in telephony and communication technologies utilizing efficiently my diverse experiences in consulting, supporting, managing, developing and maintaining a wide variety of telephony systems and related resources.
With a Master’s degree in Communication Engineering and over 24 years of hands-on experience in IT, telephony, and telecommunications technologies, I believe I bring a strong set of skills and a wealth of experience that could be a valuable addition to your team.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working across a variety of sectors, including contact center architecture, consultation, IVR Solution, VoIP infrastructure, Cloud-based technologies with technical support capabilities and strategic focus on project management and planning to handle projects.
I have a proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing both in-sourced and outsourced contact center solutions. Additionally, I have extensive expertise in IVR Self-Service, telephony applications, and call flow development and routing design.
My professional experience spans working with high-profile clients across Jordan and the Gulf region, where I have successfully delivered enterprise-wide IP-based contact center and IVR solutions.
