I'm Qusai Alshayeb, a Computer Engineering graduate from Jordan working in IT support and customer service, currently at Crystal Company. My background covers helpdesk support, ticketing systems, Active Directory, and troubleshooting for both customers and internal staff.
Over the last few months I've been building toward QA and API testing on my own, using Postman to test CRUD operations and picking up SQL along the way. I put that into practice on a personal project, an admin dashboard where I tested the Admin and User endpoints end to end.
Outside of work I follow crypto and Web3 closely, mostly Solana based projects and token trading, and I've dabbled in some blockchain and dApp ideas. I like problems that need attention to detail, whether that's tracking down why a support ticket keeps coming back or figuring out why an API call isn't returning what it should.
