As an adaptable, reliable and efficient Hospitality professional, I have organized, managed and lead diversified complex and extensive Operations in Hospitality Operations (Food & Beverage/Housekeeping) and Facility Soft Services for the organizations over the years in Fine Dining & Casual F&B Outlets and Specialty Bar’s, VIP Lounges, Coffee Shop’s, In Room Dinning, Butler Services, VIP Outdoor Catering, Banqueting & MICE operations in 5 Star Deluxe Hotels, Luxury Cruise Lines and Global Premium Hospitality Projects.
My foremost responsibility and accountability are to ensure that all Hospitality & Facility Management Soft Service standards are maintained consistently and accurately delivered according to the organization’s vision, mission, goals, and most importantly according to my diversified and challenging client’s and stakeholder’s expectations. My personal Career Objective is to always focus on developing, guiding and mentoring my team’s performance in enhancing the brand image and core values of the company by achieving the business’s financial goals, i.e. to generate revenue, maximize profit and maintain business sustainability.
