With over ten years of experience at Housing Bank, I currently serve as a Senior Business Enhancement Coaching & Mentoring professional within the Business Enhancement and Customer Experience Unit. My role focuses on streamlining processes, conducting service time and benchmark studies, and reviewing policies & procedures to ensure operational excellence and customer-centric outcomes. I leverage my Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification to bring strategic planning, management expertise, and project management skills to my work, driving efficiency and quality improvement initiatives.
My mission is to enhance service quality and optimize customer experiences by aligning processes with organizational objectives. By contributing to the development and validation of new systems and procedures, I support Housing Bank in achieving its operational goals.
