With dual degrees from the USA, a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering & an MBA in Project Management, and international certifications such as PMP, PMO-CP and MPM, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise more than 28 years to the role. My diverse skill set, which spans PMC, project management, construction management, supervision, and real estate development in varied sectors such as residential & commercial buildings and towers - both pre-construction and post construction stages - makes me a strong candidate for this position.
My core competencies include leadership and people management, strategic planning, and stakeholder management. I have demonstrated my ability to form and lead diverse teams, develop project delivery strategies aligned with organizational goals, and collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities. My communication skills, cross-cultural work experience, and fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English enable me to prepare diverse communications with cultural sensitivity and emotional intelligence.

I am particularly proud of my achievements in innovation and risk-taking. For instance, I proposed an engineering solution that improved project time schedules and sustainability by changing the characteristics of the concrete mix, resulting in significant time savings and better constructability. Additionally, my conflict management and financial performance skills have allowed me to achieve exceptional results, such as increasing net profit by 100% in one of my projects.
