I am writing to express my interest in the QA Engineer position at Neptune Careers. As a Software Engineering graduate from Al-Balqa Applied University (2025), I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to your engineering team and build my career in Software Quality Assurance.
I have completed an 80-hour Software Quality Assurance Engineering training program at Princess Sumaya University for Technology, where I gained practical experience in manual and automation testing using Selenium WebDriver, Java, TestNG, Postman, Appium, JMeter, SQL, and Jira. This training strengthened my understanding of software testing methodologies, test case design, bug reporting, API testing, database testing, and performance testing.
In addition, I currently work remotely as a Junior QA Engineer at Zenix Studio, where I perform manual testing, execute test cases, report defects, and collaborate with developers to improve software quality. My university field training at Miyahuna also provided valuable exposure to professional software systems and real-world work environments.
I am a detail-oriented, analytical, and fast learner who enjoys identifying issues before they impact users. I am eager to contribute to your team, continue developing my QA skills, and support the delivery of reliable, high-quality software.
