I am a results-driven professional with over 10 years of experience in Production Planning and Operations, including 9 years in senior-level positions and the past year as a Production Planning Supervisor. I hold a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering, with extensive experience in production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, resource utilization, and cross-functional coordination.
Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise in managing production plans, monitoring operational performance, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring the achievement of production targets while maintaining quality and efficiency. My current supervisory role has further strengthened my leadership, team management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
I am a proactive, analytical, and performance-driven professional who works effectively under pressure and is committed to achieving business objectives and continuous improvement.
