Throughout the past 16 years of experience in the HR in different industries such as financial institutions, IT sector, Trading, Transportation, Automotive, F&B, Construction and hospitality. I have developed a strong foundation acting as a strategic partner to executive leadership as well as developing and executing innovative HR strategies aligned with business goals related to workforce planning, org design, succession & talent strategy.
