About

I build and own production Flutter applications that run at national and institutional scale.

As the sole mobile engineer on Ethiopia’s National Lottery consumer app I designed the architecture, implemented ticket purchase and multi-gateway payment flows, and took the product through Google Play release and ongoing maintenance. For UNFPA I delivered the mobile layer of an AI-assisted telehealth system that streams live ultrasound via the TELEMED Android SDK, performs obstetric measurements, and operates offline in low-connectivity clinics—supporting more than 500 mothers in its first month. Across fintech, healthtech, and consumer products the applications I have shipped have collectively passed 100,000 Google Play downloads.

My work centres on maintainable mobile architecture (Clean Architecture / MVVM with BLoC), native SDK integration through platform channels, offline-first data layers, payment reliability, and performance under real-world constraints. I own the full path from technical design to production monitoring.Based in Addis Ababa. Open to remote senior Flutter / Mobile Engineer roles that require ownership of production systems.
