• Participate in the design and planning phases of the Bank of Jordan HQ Building renovation, ensuring cost-efficiency, energy performance, and operational management.
• Coordinate between project stakeholders, contractors, sub-contractors, and BOJ departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Undertake valuation of buildings and other construction works for collateral orforeclosure purposes, in accordance with international standards.
• Prepare, study, and analyze tender documents, including specifications, contracts, bills ofquantities, drawings, and reports.
• Monitor site progress according to project specifications, Bank of Jordan standards, andgovernment regulations.
• Prepare material submittals, check requests, inspection requests, drawings, and monitoring logs, and submitting progress reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Study market values of works, analyze the condition of the property and assess thecurrent market value of the real estate.
• Undertake maintenance work of building properties as and when required.
• Auditing and following up on funded projects.
