Provide accurate information about Stanford’s medical services and partner network
Manage customer inquiries, requests, and appointments efficiently
Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth experience and high satisfaction
Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to improve client communication

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills .
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (preferably in the medical field)
Positive attitude, patience, and a team-player mindset
Proficiency in basic computer and CRM systems
