The Financial Manager will oversee the company’s financial operations, ensuring robust financial planning, accurate reporting, and strategic decision support. You will work closely with the executive team to drive growth, improve efficiency, and safeguard the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis.

• Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize cost structures.

• Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with local tax laws, accounting standards, and corporate governance.

• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

• Lead and mentor the finance team, enhancing their skills and performance.

• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and risk management frameworks.

• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to align financial planning with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/ACCA preferred).

• 5+ years of proven experience in a similar financial leadership role, preferably in the FMCG or food & beverage industry.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency in financial management software (e.g., ERP systems, QuickBooks, SAP).

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
