Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Executive Secretary to join our team in Amman. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, ensuring seamless office operations. Key Responsibilities:

Manage executives' schedules, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and official correspondence
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Coordinate communication and interactions between departments and external partners
Organize office activities and support various administrative functions
Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and office management

Requirements:

2-6 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to work

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a corporate or executive office setting
Familiarity with office management systems and best practices
