Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist located in Aqaba. The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, performing receptionist duties, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, checking guests in and out, answering inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring a pleasant experience for all guests. Communication and customer interaction are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Experience in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist Duties
Proficiency in Front Office management and related administrative tasks
Outstanding Customer Service and Communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of hospitality management systems is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is an advantage
