Location: Near 7th Circle, Amman, Jordan
Homes Real Estate is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with strong visual skills, creative curiosity, and attention to detail to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visual content for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, and printed materials.
- Support the development of brand identities and apply existing brand guidelines consistently.
- Develop design concepts and layouts based on creative briefs, brand objectives, and target audiences.
- Contribute ideas and visual references during concept development.
- Adapt approved designs across different formats, platforms, and specifications.
- Prepare artwork for print and digital delivery, ensuring technical accuracy.
- Work closely with the creative and account teams to clarify requirements and meet agreed deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback and review work for visual consistency, typography, alignment, and accuracy before internal approval.
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of relevant graphic design experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, sound design fundamentals, and attention to execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with working knowledge of InDesign.
- A solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with digital artwork specifications and basic print production requirements.
- Good written and spoken English.
- The ability to understand briefs, explain design choices, and ask questions when clarification is needed.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle assigned tasks and communicate progress clearly.
- A collaborative attitude, responsiveness to feedback, and a commitment to developing your skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Familiarity with Arabic typography and bilingual layouts.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar motion graphics and video editing tools.
- Previous experience in an agency or working across multiple brands.
