In-Store Sales Associate – VYNE Collection (Amman)
VYNE Collection makes premium artificial botanicals: flowers, foliage, trees and planters that look real enough that people stop and touch them. Our clients include homeowners, interior designers, architects, hotels and malls. We're hiring a Sales Associate for our showroom in [Dabouq, Amman] who can bring that same eye for detail to every customer.
What you'll do
- Welcome walk-in clients, understand their space and style, and recommend the right arrangements, stems, trees and planters
- Help clients visualize pieces in their homes, offices and commercial spaces, including colour, scale and placement
- Keep the showroom looking its best: arrangement displays, merchandising, product presentation and stock levels
- Close in-store sales and follow up with walk-in clients
- Pass project enquiries and quotation requests to management with clear notes on what the client needs
- Work with the team on restocks and inventory accuracy
What we're looking for
- A real eye for interior decor. You notice proportion, texture and how a space feels.
- Knowledge of flowers and plants, whether from floristry, landscaping, plant retail or serious personal interest. You should know a peony from a ranunculus.
- Fluent English and Arabic, spoken and written
- 1–2+ years in retail, showroom or client-facing sales, ideally in decor, furniture, floristry or luxury goods
- Well presented, warm and confident with high-end clients
- Organized and reliable, with no need for supervision to keep the showroom in order
Nice to have
- Floral arranging or styling experience
- Familiarity with Shopify or inventory systems
- An Instagram or portfolio showing your styling work
