Video & Film Editor
High-End Social Content | Reels | AI-Enhanced Production
We’re looking for a highly creative Video & Film Editor who can turn raw footage and ideas into premium, scroll-stopping content
This is not a basic “cut clips and add captions” editing role.
We want someone with a strong visual eye who understands *storytelling, cinematography, pacing, sound design and current social media aesthetics* — and knows how to leverage AI tools to push creative possibilities further.
## WHAT YOU’LL CREATE
* High-quality Instagram Reels & short-form videos
* Cinematic brand, lifestyle and product content
* Creative social campaigns and visual storytelling
* *Complete, ready-to-publish videos — from raw footage to final output*
* *Voiceovers, including AI-generated voiceovers where relevant*
* *Professional subtitles, captions and on-screen text*
* *Music selection, sound effects, sound design and audio mixing*
* Motion graphics, transitions and visual effects
* AI-enhanced / AI-generated video concepts
* Unique edits that don’t look like generic templates
## WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✓ Excellent video editing & post-production skills
✓ Strong understanding of *storytelling, pacing, transitions, color grading & sound design*
✓ Ability to turn ordinary footage into *premium-looking content*
✓ Strong understanding of Reels, TikTok and social-first video
✓ Ability to create and integrate *voiceovers, subtitles, captions and motion graphics* naturally into content
✓ Strong sense of *music, audio and sound effects* and how they impact a video
✓ Creative thinker who can develop concepts — not just execute instructions
✓ Experience with professional editing software such as *Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects or similar*
✓ Comfortable leveraging *AI video, voice, audio and creative tools* alongside traditional editing workflows
✓ Strong attention to detail and visual quality
✓ Up-to-date with emerging editing styles, trends and creative technologies
### AI IS A TOOL — CREATIVITY COMES FIRST
We’re not looking for someone who simply types prompts into AI platforms
We want an editor and visual storyteller first who understands how to combine traditional filmmaking and editing skills with AI to create content that feels *original, polished and different.
