We are seeking experienced professionals across the following levels:
- Team Leaders / Assistant Vice Presidents (AVP) – Experienced leaders with a strong track record in Corporate Banking, capable of managing teams, portfolios, and strategic client relationships.
- Senior Relationship Managers / Senior Managers – Experienced corporate bankers with strong relationship management, business development, credit, and portfolio management capabilities.
- Relationship Managers / Assistant Managers – High-performing banking professionals with experience in managing corporate relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored financial solutions.
Job Summary
- Manage, develop, and grow strategic relationships with key corporate clients by gaining a deep understanding of their business, financial needs, and industry dynamics.
- Proactively identify cross-selling and relationship expansion opportunities Maintain strong client engagement and ensure effective portfolio management in line with the Bank’s credit standards, risk appetite, policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable Central Bank instructions.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate clients, building long-term relationships and acting as a trusted banking partner.
- Understand clients’ current and future financial needs, business models, strategic objectives, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop and deliver tailored banking solutions that meet clients’ financial requirements while supporting sustainable portfolio growth, revenue generation, and new business opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and deepening existing client relationships across the Bank’s products and services.
- Prepare, review, and assess credit and financing proposals in line with the Bank’s credit policies, risk appetite, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Analyze clients’ financial performance, creditworthiness, cash flows, and collateral adequacy to support sound financing decisions.
- Monitor the performance and quality of the assigned portfolio, ensuring timely follow-up on facilities, financial covenants, and approved terms and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with approved financing terms and conditions, Bank policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and applicable Central Bank instructions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as Credit, Risk, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and other business units to ensure efficient and timely delivery of client solutions.
- Maintain high standards of client service and engagement, responding proactively to client needs and ensuring a positive overall banking experience.
- Monitor market and sector developments and proactively assess their potential impact on the corporate client portfolio.

- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking & Financial Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 🏦 Strong knowledge of Corporate Banking, including corporate lending, banking products and services, financial solutions, and key market sectors.
- 📊 Understanding of financial analysis, credit assessment, risk considerations, and the ability to understand corporate clients’ financial needs.
- 📈 Awareness of market and economic developments and their impact on corporate customers and industries.
- 📚 Knowledge of Central Bank instructions, banking regulations, and applicable compliance requirements.
- 🤝 Strong relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
- 💼 Ability to identify business opportunities, cross-selling opportunities, and tailored financial solutions for corporate customers.
- 🌍 Intermediate level of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 💻 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Appointment level: The appointment title will be aligned with the candidate’s experience, expertise, and track record within the Corporate Banking segment:
🔹 AVP (15+ years of experience)
🔹 Senior Manager / Manager (8+ years of experience)
🔹 Assistant Manager (5+ years of experience)
Relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Corporate Relationship Management, Credit, or related banking functions will be considered an advantage.
