Role Description The Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman. This role supports daily store operations, including coordinating inventory, ensuring accurate product displays, and assisting with stock replenishment. The Operations Assistant helps monitor sales floor activity, supports order processing, and collaborates with the team to maintain efficient workflows and a well-organized store environment. The role also involves handling basic data entry and reporting, supporting customer service needs, and communicating with internal teams to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- Strong operations and operations management skills to support daily store activities and process efficiency.
- Analytical skills to track inventory, interpret basic reports, and identify operational improvements.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with customers and coordinate with team members.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing stock, displays, and documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Amman, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Comfort with basic technology tools and point-of-sale systems; experience in retail or logistics is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, operations, or related fields is beneficial.
